Joshua Ernest Adams
FOUNDER, LEAD CREATIVEI am the founder and lead creative here at Ernest Media Productions. I always knew I wanted to incorporate my grandfather’s name into my life, which is why I named the business Ernest. When I set out to do this, I knew I had found the perfect way to honor him.
I didn’t plan on being in photo and video. I went to school for broadcast media and saw a career in directing either sports or local news. As is often the case, God had other plans, and they have been so much better than my own. Once I picked up a camera again, I knew this would be a part of me for a long time.
In March of 2024 I married the love of my life, Ariela. She is the reason why I do what I do.

Jason Wain
VIDEO LEADJason is who you want on set. Able to man any position necessary to get the production done, there's a reason he's the video lead at Ernest. With well over 10 years of experience in the field, he brings an intimate understanding and passion for video production to each project... A close second being his love of coffee.
As he so eloquently put it: "Whatever you need, man, I just want to be there on set."
Kevin Fisher
CREATIVE DESIGNAs a Creative Designer in Nashville, Kevin combines his passion for music and design to create impactful visuals for clients in and around the entertainment industry. He has a passion for helping clients develop their brand far beyond their visual identity and find new ways to express who they are to their audience and to the world.
With over 16 years of experience in graphic design and multimedia, Kevin has developed a keen eye for pleasing aesthetics, beautiful typography, and functional layout design, as well as a strong sense of business and marketing strategy, and seeks to remain astute and always learning.
Ariela Adams
CLIENT RELATIONS, PRODUCTION COORDINATORAriela is a people person. With 7+ years of customer service experience, Ariela helps make sure the project is running smoothly and on time. She loves seeing a project turn from an idea into a finished work that EMP and the client can be proud of. Even if you never hear from her during your project, rest assured, she is there keeping the project moving!
Chad Carter
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENTAfter graduating from Middle Tennessee State University, Chad quickly entered the online marketing field in the music industry. Since then, he has helped several businesses and artists in the Nashville area grow their online presence.
With over 5 years of digital marketing experience, Chad understands the intricacies and importance of connecting businesses with their target audience through social media.
Chad specializes in identifying and fulfilling marketing needs that elevate a company’s image and reputation, and has expertise in public relations, social media management, content creation and video production. Chad is dedicated to finding solutions when obstacles arise and always looks for opportunities to grow and learn.
